Gary Lovini is the first violinist to successfully bridge the gap between classical and popular music. He is a true showman as he captivates audiences of all nationalities and ages
He first picked up the violin began at the age of 8 and his progress was so fast that by the age of 10 he had passed all his classical grades with distinction. This lead him to play in the Staffordshire County Youth Orchestra.
Even now at this age he was showing signs of becoming an individual, so he started to enter talent contests one such contest was a National Talent Competition staged by the English Tourist Board where Gary came second out of 10,000 entrants. This success leads Gary to be inundated with offers from Managers, Agents and Producers to perform in clubs and theatres throughout the UK.
Gary soon brought his unique violin show to venues all over the UK Playing not only classical pieces but Contemporary music not normally associated with the violin. Gary's Flamboyant style and musicianship soon had people turning up far and wide to hear him play.
THE major turning point came when he entered TV Talent Show 'New Faces' where Gary was such an instant hit with the viewers and studio audience that he won the series.This propelled him to instant stardom and launched his TV Career. Appearing on Sunday Night at the London Palladium - Summertime Special - The Des O'Connor Show and the Royal Variety Performance.
Gary continues to wow audiences all over the world appearing at theatres and venues. He remains a Major Headliner act in the Cruise ship industry too
